 Pinseria Torre degli Sciri is located at Via dei Priori 96, one of the most characteristic streets in Perugia's historic center, right at the foot of the famous Torre degli Sciri, the last surviving medieval tower in the city. Our location is no coincidence: we chose to open here to help enhance one of the area's most iconic landmarks, breathing new life into the historic walls through a business that combines tradition, conviviality, and quality cuisine. Stopping by means of our restaurant means experiencing Perugia from an authentic perspective, amidst the history, culture, and flavors that reflect the region.

A tasty stop along the city's most iconic route

 Located along the route leading to the heart of Perugia, our pinseria is the ideal place for a break during a stroll through the historic streets or for a dinner with friends. Here, we prepare our original Pinsa Romana daily, made with certified flours, carefully selected ingredients, and dough made directly in our own workshop.
